I herbey agree to ALL of the following (inclusively): I am registering to be a participant in the auto series that I have speciefied above. I have made arrangements with the tema owner(s) to act on their behalf as a representative of the team. I have read and understoodall of the series rules as well as all of the aplicables rules published by each event's sanctioning body; and agree to abide by those rules.Furthermore, I agree that should I disagree with the officials at the event. I will work within the guidelines set forth in the applicable rules; and agree to accept the final rulingsof the applicable officials. I AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL I INSTITUTE LITIGATION AGAINST ANY PARTICIPANT INVOLVED IN THE EVENT, INCLUDING FARA OFFICIALS. By signing/accepting this form, I understand that this shall not modify or nullify any part of any other required release.

Neither myself , nor anyone accompanying me, will enter the racing facility without signing and filing all the applicable forms and releases, as required by the facility, promoter, and sanctioning body.I understand that it is my responsibility to acquire alist of the aformentioned releases and forms, and fulfill each obligation, without regard to the circumstances.

I hereby state that I hold all applicable and required licensed/credentials for each event, and acknowledge that proof of claimed credentials is my responsibility, as well as timely submission of applicable forms and fees for each event. Furthermore, I am well aware of the risk that I am assuming by participating; and in particular, the dangers I may encounter whnever I am in the Hot Pit lane, or other restricted areas.I have been properly trained for my duties as a team member, and will not perform duties for which I have notbeen properly trained.

I AM SUBMITTING THIS LICENSE APPLICATION FORM WITH FULL UNDERSTANDING OF THE MEANING OF ITS CONTENTS AND HAVE HAD ADEQUATE TIME TO CONSULT LEGAL COUNCIL OR FEEL THAT IS NOT NECESSARY. I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY THE PROMOTER. TRACK, AND SANCTIONING BODY SHOULD I CHOOSE TO BREACH MY OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Note: The track reserves the right to cancel the scheduled dates with at least 14 days notice. In case of other scheduling conflicts by the track, the dates are tentative.

With full and sound knowledge, understanding, and the consent of all heirs, I am choosing to participate in auto recing events that may result in severe injury and/or the loss of my life due to my own error(s) and/or the passive, active, and/of gross negligence of others involved.
